Consummate professional. Brought my LED TV and it was a challenge to troubleshoot. Doug would not give up until he found the problem, changing out several different parts to pin point the issue.He kept me updated along the way. Have had my TV back for a couple weeks now and it's working great. Will definitely use again and share him with others. Reasonably priced as well.

Doug saved my hard drive and was able to transfer all of my important info. to a Zip drive within 24 hour turn around. Doug looked at my computer with me to locate the problem. He did a great job explaining the process and resolving my issue.
