"I am going on my 3rd year living and here and I have to be honest. People tend to write BS reviews, whine and complain about senseless, uncontrollable and down right spoiled nitpicky sh*t (oh, my dryer dries but it makes this spinny noise and maintenance hasn't come yet to see what it is so this place sucks don't move here), kick rocks! However, I don't!!
Some individuals don't think much of apartment living, but Avion is quite comfortable and welcoming. The community is close and friendly which makes it home for a lot of families which is awesome. The community events are fun and VERY SOCIABLE for kids and adults. The staff is cool and the manager is really good at making sure the property stays at a certain level of quality which I like a lot. Every property has that one ROUDY couple or the guy who just stares blankly and wave when you say "HI"..LMAO! But nothing too out of the normal, I could say a lot more, but I'm sure you get my point. I like living here and would recommend it for anyone who likes a DIVERSE COMMUNITY and FRIENDLY living atmosphere."

One office staff member in particular, Lana, who never shy away from her professionalism. I would definitely recommend one to reside at Avion!"

The apartments themselves are laid out nicely and priced very competitively. This is my 3rd year here at Avion and I still love it!"

"Avion has some really nice apartments, my kids recently moved into a two bedroom apartment there. Very affordable prices, very spacious apartments. I want to compliment the staff there at Avion, they are quick to resolve any issues, miscommunications, or concerns that one might have. I've seen first hand how responsive they are to resolve any issues at at hand, and I'm very impressed. If you looking for a nice and quiet apartment complex, and with an awesome staff working there, just drop in one day to visit. Tammy, Tracy, and James are awesome people to deal with. One has to realize, that sometimes there are going to be mistakes, accidents, or misunderstandings that happen, but to work with a team such as these guys, for them to act and resolve any issues at hand, in a quick timely manner, that's awesome! While there are issues that come up, and the staff does it's best to resolve these issues, there also should be understanding and forgiveness from the occupants as well. I want to say a sincere Thank You! to Tammy, Tracy, and James for making sure my kids were taken care of upon moving in. My kids are my world!"
