"So at first I thought it was a scam because it sounded too good to be true. OMG it's not! Y'all.... in my first visit after a 20 min session. I lost a total of 5.11 inches (mainly on my hips, and waist and dropped an inch on each thigh ) and I drank lots of water after and I can actually feel and see in the mirror I'm not as big as I was before. I'm still going I bought a month package, so I'm trying to finish out strong. I read some of these comments that they had bad experience with staff, I didn't ,and they are actually super sweet. But if you get steered away just by reading one sloppy comment just remember it don't matter you go for YOU. They are the best, and they'll schedule you in advance ( and I didn't buy the suppliments although I wish I could :(. ) take what you can from this I hope it helps you change your life too ❤"

"I am so estatic I found skinny beam. I've lost 14 pounds so far and going for 30. I'm losing weight in a healthy way fast and never hungry. The skinny beam is amazing and takes off inches, all you do is relax on it and enjoy the nice music. This is my first Google review because Skinny Beam has truly helped me so far with weight loss and to create a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Don knows his stuff and will tell you the truth. "I am so thankful for Dr. Salyer and the care he provides. I have been seen in both of his offices for a multitude of reasons and I always leave well taken care of. He has helped keep my back in shape both during my pregnancy and while raising my son. Picking up 30 lbs throughout the day takes its toll. I am sure I would be a mess without him. After adjustments I sleep well, heal faster and generally function better. In addition to excellent chiropractic care he has also helped balance my hormones using bio identical hormone cream (don't be scared, its not like the pharmaceutical brand hormones that cause cancer). He suggested a very precise blood test that showed results he had figured were the problem all along. I still have no idea how he could have been so spot on. I am happy we did that because I feel a great deal better. Not even my regular physician had taken the time to look so thoroughly into my hormones even after I specifically asked. Overall, my experience with Capital Chiropractic and Skinny Beam have change my mind on traditional western medicine. You can feel good and look good without a prescription full of toxins from a doctor that doesn't take the time to know you. Trust me, Dr. Salyer and his staff are as good as it gets."
