Stacey went above and beyond to ensure Birthday Flowers were delivered in 6 inches of snow! To make it worse... I had the wrong address. Stacey stayed on the phone with me as I called out landmarks(Ive only visited Bethel CT twice) trying to direct her. She looked up online trying to find the correct address, she stayed on the phone with me while I called the recipient to get the address. Then she followed up after successfully making the delivery. I'm so impressed with her patience, persistence, professionalism and kindness! Blossom House Florist ROCKS!!! THANK YOU STACEY!
