We stopped in over the weekend and the new manager janice had done a great job cleaning up the park... not like it was 6 months ago.. very friendly and very inviting

Looking for long term RV spot, I stopped in here to have a look. The manager Janice was awesome, gave me a walking tour, pointed out recent improvements and those items still at the top of her list, gave me the pros and cons of the spot(s) she had available. They have a small marina that needs a bit of a facelift but she's got a plan for that as well. I like what I saw!

I moved into the Rio Visa RV Park after losing my home in paradise California due to the Camp Fire. The management worked with me and got me into a place fairly fast and I LOVE it here. Friendly neighbors, beautiful community, and a great area to fish at. I'm glad I made this place my new home. If you enjoy being close to the water this is a great place to visit and/or stay.

This park has come a long way! Thanks to the awesome manager Anne Marie. Anne Marie cares and makes things happen in a flash...never a problem she cant fix. The park has made great improvements and there's more to come.
